There are a number of people & organizations willing to give extra benefits to teachers involved in a real estate transaction. They include real estate sales people, lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and others. There are two ways to take advantage of this. You can contact each party yourself and ask them if they offer teacher benefits, or you can contact a real estate sales person and ask him or her to do this for you.
