Some Major Projects:
• Lucent Technologies, a three month full time contract, 1988 needs assessment,
research and development of a mentoring program for technical professional staff
career development and retention
• State of Rhode Island, mentor training, consult on state program standards
• Bar Ilan University, Tel Aviv, Israel, "Effective Mentoring as Supervision",
manager training
• Arizona Public Service, an on-going (2005) contract, consultation in program
design to address aging work force issues, knowledge capture & sharing, & new
hire retention. Trained all their "Career Mentors" plus managers, and developed
"Technical Mentor" training for all of their 300+ engineers at Palo Verde
Nuclear Generating Station, Phoenix, AZ
• Prince Georges County Public Schools in Maryland, design and assist in
implementation of their new induction program and mentor training for 158
schools and 400 mentors
• University of South Dakota School of Medicine- "Inclusion Peer Mentoring
Project", training in the use of mentoring & coaching strategies to support
implementation of more inclusive practices.
• "Mentoring of Mentors", a 3 day training for 50 mentor managers, Ft. Worth,
Texas
• Missouri NEA, three state-wide mentor and new employee trainings

Consulting on the development of a collaborative partnership, research on
mentoring through use of distance learning technologies, developed mentoring &

• My most unusual project was consulting on development of a mentoring program
for a Las Vegas casino.
